In this lecture performance Cristiana Morganti, long standing soloist with the Tanztheater Wuppertal, invites us to a journey through the universe of Pina Bausch, seen from the perspective of a dancer.
How is a solo constructed? What is the connection between motion and emotion?
How do dancer and scenography relate to each other?
When does a gesture become dance? And above all: what creates the magical and mysterious relationship between artist and spectator?
